WIFI Hotspots

WIFI Internet Hotspots can be borrowed for 14 Days with no renewals.
Available to Franklin Lakes cardholders, ages 18 and up only.

Resident Cards

Unrestricted access for Franklin Lakes residents with proof of address.

Courtesy Cards

Non-Franklin Lakes residents who work in Franklin Lakes or attend Franklin Lakes schools and do not have a library card at any of the 78 BCCLS Libraries may borrow materials from Franklin Lakes Library only.

BCCLS Member

BCCLs Library Card Holders can access Franklin Lakes Library materials, eBCCLS, Hoopla, Kanopy, Children’s and Teen library programs.
